ANITA BRIGHTON
RN, COS-C, RND
Owner, Executive, CEO
Anita started as a Delegated NAR (Registered Nurse Assistant) in 2002, while earning her LPN degree. She managed a specialty clinic within an Internal Medicine Clinic for Geriatric clients while earning her RN degree. Since 2006 she has worked in the Home Health field and as a business owner. Anita is experienced with direct client care, management, assessment, contracts, is a nationally certified trainer for a worldwide diagnostic equipment provider, is FEMA Certified, a Medical Reserve Corps volunteer, offers remote visits and electronic client management, apprentice Bee-Keeper, published designer, small business owner, wife and mother of two young daughters.

Anita also has direct experience as a patient living with chronic medical conditions and surviving cancer.

WARREN BRIGHTON, RND
Owner, Executive, CFO
In 2008, after years in the skilled trade and industrial construction industry Warren adjusted and recharged his career pathway by pursuing his RN degree. He has worked as a Nursing Assistant and graduated from one of the nations most challenging accelerated nursing programs. Since then he has served the most vulnerable populations in Rehabilitation and Skilled Nursing settings and community based care. He also provides training for Home Care Aides and direct patient education as a Certified Trainer for a worldwide diagnostic corporation.

Warren has experience as a patient too, most recently recovering from open heart surgery.

I also have a background in construction, management and computer science. By day I have worked as Unit Manager at a top rated 5 Star Rehabilitation Facility, by night I am husband, dad and superhero to our 2 young daughters, while remodeling our vintage home."
